Your pipe is burned or is about to burn.

As stated in our warranty policy we will replace any pipe that has manufacturing defects up to 2 years from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, the root is a natural material and sometimes there may be impurities hidden inside the structure that are not visible outside.

In some rare cases the burn may depend on those who smoke too hot and not on the impurities hence to verify the cause we will need to dissect and analyze the pipe hence you will not get back the original.

Please note that the warranty provides only one replacement. If the same model and finish is not available, the company reserves the right to replace it with the pipe as similar as possible in terms of quality and shape.
