How to return items
Consumers have the right to return goods without a specific reason, filling this form and sending it by email to info@brebbiapipe.it within 14 days after receiving the goods. The withdrawal period expires after fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.
Conditions
If the Client returns an unused item within 14 days since the receiving date, he will be eligible for a full refund of the item value excluding the shipping cost.
Brebbia refunds the Client using the same payment method unless other specifications and the Client will not incur in any extra cost. Client can use this form to request a refund via voucher credit.
Refund will be pending until receiving the goods back to Brebbia’s warehouse.
The Client needs to ship the goods to Pipe Brebbia Srl – via Piave 21, 21020 Brebbia (Varese) within 14 days from the delivery date.
